Day two - resting

Hi again!

On the second day I woke up at 4pm (local time). Crazy huh? T's neck was hurting bad because we didn't have a pillow. When I woke up everyone had had lunch already but my mother in law had some salmon onigiri waiting for me and a cup of that yummy green tea cappuccino. I am kinda forgetting to take pictures of the food like I always do (and of mostly everything) but i'll try to be more careful from now on.

We decided to go buy some pillows for the next time so we went to the local supermarket (that sells basically everything) for some. T's dad took us by car and stayed in the car waiting so I didn't take a lot of time browsing everything, just went for the pillows. Well I'm sort of lying because I stopped at a hat stall that had sales going on and tried on some hats and berets. Loved one beret but decided I want to buy a brand classic one instead and T loved this hat one me and after seeing I wasn't going to buy it, just gave me the hat. haha nice way of solving "conflicts", like that XD

We came back home after that and I started unpacking. I didn't bring a lot of stuff, just my iron gate dress for the M10M concert, makeup, a shirt ot two and that's more or less it. What I had to unpack was a pile of packaged for stuff I had gotten for myself online before coming as well as stuff for the store in Portugal.
I might need to make some more money while I'm here so maybe I'll make a sales post on the egl comm before sending them.

Anyway there were three dresses/sets I had gotten for myself. Love them all on me but am just keeping the black ones for now.

I have a complete set of this print at the store and fell in love with it the second I saw it live. For some reson all the things I ADORE at the store are hardly ever sold. I seriously do not know why and I usually end up keeping them but i do not like wearing skirts at all so i was fighting that urge until I found these two babies. Now I can own the print without having to keep a skirt in my closet of ops and jsk. I hate the buttons on the jacket, they are plastic and tacky and will be switched when i go back to portugal most probably but everything else is pure perfection, even the fit.

At night we had dinner in familly, we ate house made Nabe. Nabe is a sort of Japanese stew that has vegetables and meat of some sort. This one had animal guts too and to some that can be disgusting but don't forget I am Portuese and that one of my city's staple dishes is "tripas à moda do Porto" basically translated to "tripes in Oporto style". It was amazing, so yummy, loved it.



Obviously being such good hosts I had some awesome sake, some beer (Ebisu) and some matcha ice or green tea ice cream as dessert! They know me so well! <3

Kazunoko - herring eggs snack, I am sure most people I know would never try this for its looks as well as that slime it has covering it but I actually quite liked it.
They do say I eat almost anything and that it makes me a weird foreigner.


Matcha ice - His mom asked me if i wanted the small one or the big one, I said small, i was so stuffed! And it was HD too, sooo goood!

We spent some quality time in familly (found out me and T's mom both dislike Smap from watching tv haha) and then went to sleep again. We didn't do much but I felt like I just came to life again, such peace.
