Hello,
I am really terrible at updating blogs and such but here I am again.
I posted some meetup photos last time but left out outfits from other days thinking I'd update daily instead but I thought about it and I think I prefer to just post them here otherwise what's the point in keeping this, right?
I hope you enjoy looking at these and if you want to use them for something else or post them elsewhere (who knows?) please let me know first.

This is an outfit I wore a while back. I remember it was raining a lot that day so I wanted to wear dark colors. I used to find strong moitié blue to be a bit "too much" even though I always loved MmM but in the last year or so I fell in love with it again so i got some matching blue accessories. The bolero is Juliette et Justine, the dress is offbrand (ZARA), the shoes are offbrand (C&A) and the rest is mostly from MmM.

| This is actually the first time I own a longer dress. I got it in a trade and I am in mad love with both the print, the design and the colors. Innocent World is really slowly taking over a big part of my closet/wishlist right now. Don't you think they're making amazing things? And the fact that the sizes have gotten more forgiving really pleases me (of course). That is my living room btw, my mother keeps complaining that those cabinets are for antique dish wear and not anime models but I don't necessarily listen... :P The dress and cardigan and necklace are from Innocent World, Metamorphose socks, Victorian Maiden corsage and offbrand (C&A) boots. |

25.04.2011 Carnation Revolution day
A very important day in Portuguese history and in my own ideological beliefs as well. I wore red for obvious reasons. The headdress, necklace and dress are from Alice and the Pirates, socks from MmM, boots are offbrand (T.U.K.) and the other head dress is from a japanese indies brand carina et arlequin... |

I got this dress a while back and it took ages to arrive and was even stuck at customs. When it finally arrived I realized its way too tight on me after trying this outfit on so I have to sell it. It's a damn shame though, I was looking forward to wear it in several different coordinates and with different colors and styles too. I am a big cat lover and I adore the argyles so... its just sad. I also wish i knew how to photoshop photos, look at those dark circles! XD Dress, tights, necklace are all from Btssb/Alice and the Pirates, shoes are an*ten*na, the headpiece is carina, bag from Innocent World and cardi from BPN. |

I have had this dress for a bit but I wore it 3 or 4 times only and was considering selling it. I wore it the other day with my new Iw bolero and kinda fell in love with it again and now i'm clueless. Maybe I should keep it. It's got the most amazing details I have seen in a lolita embroidery till today. It's just incredible. Victorian Maiden corsage and underskirt, MmM socks, Emily Temple Cute shoes, Btssb dress and a million other accessories from here and there.

I got this dress in my last trip to Japan. I just fell in love with the fit, its just so flattering! I don't have a lot of non empire waist dresses like this and I should get some more. I also have been wearing this bolero a bit too much but it just matches black so well and the color gives life to otherwise pretty monochromatic outfits such as this one, right? This was taken in Lisbon after our national meetup. Metamorphose dress, Innocent world bolero and parasol, offbrand bag, shoes and hair accessory. |
Woah now that was what I call a flood, I apologize for that. I still have a couple more from meetings but i'll post those tomorrow or something. I hope you liked reading and looking and I'll see you all soon, ok?
Kisses from Portugal,
Jo

ResponderEliminarMissVermilion: Thank you! I used to only feel confortable in black but now i rather enjoy playing a bit with color and I even end up feeling a bit bored in kuro outfits even though I love them. I need more long dresses now!
ResponderEliminarSybbill: Thank you, you're too nice! I'm so glad you think they suit me. I'm a bit self conscious some times. <3
Sara: I find your coords to be rather inspiring too so this might just be the perfect relationship. I can't wait to meet you (and drool over you) in person. <3

ResponderEliminarAria: Thank you! I'm so glad you like them. I actually didn't LOVE it when it came out but fell in love with it instore. Its the style of the op. Before this I never saw an rococo cut up that fit me life. It was an impulse buy, that's for sure but i still love it. <3
