2nd icecream i had this summer

We had a lolita meetup the other day. It was supposed to be a "sweet lolita" themed meeting and were going to have icecream. I hadn't had it for a looong time even though its summer.
I decided to try a over the top sweet outfit but as me... aka no silly huge hair and nothing ott about myself, just the outfit. I rather like the result. I ended up switching shoes and socks and liked it even more.
Everyone looked pretty nice and I had fun, they were pretty friendly and happy.

I tried looking like a ice cream parlor worker and even went with the apron which is something a bit ridiculous to my eyes. This print is a lot of fun. I can coordinate it with red, pink, mint, white, yellow there's a lot going on. I think i'll end up selling it though.

I think most people in lolita see me as being a bit odd, i mean i will wear anything as long as it looks good and is well coordinated. I can see how it can turn into something a bit confusing. It's a lot more fun like that.

Anyway after the girls went home my fiancée took me to a shopping mall and because i fell in love with a pair of boots he said that I've been really nice with my recent exercise plan as well as saving money plan and deserved a treat. He is a good man, he does pamper me a bit.
They are perfect for classic lolita, i can't wait to get a dress to pair them with. They are also not very tall and so pretty confortable. I bet i can use them at work as well without being too tired.

After that, and because i had been drooling over a pillow i saw at the new disney store in my town he let me use a bit of my savings to get it, actually two of them... and because they had a special sale going on i also got a Marie plushie that meows and walks. I'm such a nerd.
They'll look so nice in my computer room/walk in closet! I'm in love but its a ridiculous thing to buy especially when one is trying to save.

I seriously love how my house is turning out... it's like divided into areas. My living room is totally victorian, all brown with dark red and antiques everywhere and my bedroom is slightly rococo but mixed with modern things giving it a clean look overall. Then there's the hello kitty bathroom and the walk in closet with its cute pink furniture and lolita scrap wall with plushies and the adorable kind of thing you'd find in a sweet lolita's room.
If i want to change environment, i can just switch rooms.
