Today is saturday, my favorite day of the week. It's the only day I usually make plans for because there's still sunday before I have to go back to work. Is it like that for everyone else too?
This week I was missing the frills so I made an open invitation to the portuguese lolita community and surprise, two girls actually said they'd like to meet and hang out. That made me very happy!
Saturday is my house cleaning/chores day as well though and that means i spent the whole morning ironing and cleaning and took a bit too long doing that so when the girls arrived I was dressed but with no makeup on. I asked them to come up to my room and we chatted while i finished getting ready.
After that we finally left the house. We went to a nearby famous spot where they had a urban market going on, Plano B. One of the male Egl Portugal members was there selling some clothes he creates with a friend and had asked to come over. He seemed happy to see us and i was sure happy to see him again. He has been nothing but be very kind to me and my familly so he will always be loved by us. <3
After that we went to a new spot for pictures, its called Jardim das Oliveiras (Olive tree garden). Unfortunately then we realised that we forgot the memory card at home so we could not use my camera. We took outfit shots with a cellphone instead.
After a while we did have to go though, the girls had trains to catch and it was getting a bit chilly.
We stopped by the local Costa Café to get cappuccino and latte and then eventually said our goodbyes and went home.
On our way home we still walked a bit around town since there were a lot of events going on all through my area, apparently to celebrate the national historical center day. That was fun! I love seeing my city come to life like that.
On top of that my husband ordere pizza so this day was pretty good. Tomorrow I have plans too, i can't wait to see what will happen. <3
This week I also took photos of my little monica girl, she's wearing a dress and a hair accessory i made out of mari's old clothes. I really like her in pink. She still has no name, am I the worse doll owner or what?
This is the view from my bedroom, that tower in the background is the famous Porto Clérigos Tower. I really need to clean those windows but I love the effect the dust on the outside looks, its like snow. heh
And that's it, I hope you liked reading about my day. How was your day?
Lots of kisses with love,
JO

Nothing much. David had his birthday so we went plus a couple of friends to have some 'crap' sushi at Yadoya. Then went to PressPlay to show them the place and afterwards went to his place to have some cake and other nasty stuff. :)

Work till 7 p.m. then went to a neat alternative fair cuz there were people n stuff i wanted to see, met and dined with le gf and one of her housemates, then we went out for a lindy hop dancing jazz concert and booze at Bairro...the following wee hours of today were much more stress filled (Peach's purse was mugged,so now she has to go do all her documents again, and we had to go to the police this morning and all those things one must do). So, kind of a typical Saturday for me. Hope you had fun on the meet and i'm happy u met mickey.
