Anyway yesterday was a sort of interesting day.
My local community had a meeting schedules that i really wanted to take part in. Due to some external elements that I could not control or avoid I was forced to stay home in the end. I was hoping the girls would come by for at least a short visit (maybe a cup of coffee or tea) since the meeting was basically in the end of the street I live in but they never came.
But I was still decked out in Lolita feeling pretty and waiting while doing my house chores (ironing in lolita isn't a lot of fun though, especially when its sunny and warm :x) , playing with my daughter etc. I did lose the bonnet a while after obviously.
Anyway this is what I wore:
Bonnet: Ange (doesn't exist anymore)
Corsage: Atelier Pierrot
Shirt: Metamorphose temps de fille
Dress: Alice and the Pirates
Socks: offbrand (a gift from a friend <3)
Boots: Queens Bee
Accessories: Suppurate System, Miho Matsuda, offbrand
Also I know this might seem odd but i've never been much of a gamer, when there's a game I'm playing I do obcessively play it but other than that I don't experiment with all the games and the consoles etc even though one of my brothers has most of them and can just leave them at my place. So the other day he took the Xbox360 that i admit to have never used once! and left the Wii. I hope i'll use this one a bit at least, he also left the wii fit and a drumm for taiko? I don't know, the whole seem seems really wacky and it takes so much more space than the xbox did.
Well i'll let you know how that goes later.

And yes, I can imagine it wasn't that fun to iron while wearing lolita. I hope you will use the Wii, it sounds like fun to use it with the drumm set ^_^
ResponderEliminarThank you, I always kind of pair this jsk with red and white though. I think i wore it with ivory and pink once but that was just that, all the other times I used the red.
EliminarI really love bonnets and huge hats. We do not wear hats very often in my country so if you are wearing some simple but you have a hat on people will look at you... so that kinda made me get into them more, i'm always drawn to what's unusual here i guess.
It's horrible to iron while in lolita. I feel like wearing lolita today too but because i have still to clean the kitchen and finish ironing i won't get dressed until everything is done. It is sunday so i'm just gonna walk around in house clothes. :P

Eliminarhahaha it would be such a lame photo, especially since my ironing board is stained because i'm pretty forgetful and always leave the iron on top of it while fetching for the next item to iron. And the cover is new, got it last month!

Yes I noticed that XD I love bonnets too, but I'm not sure if they will fit me, I have a "complicated" facial shape and there are many hairstyles and headresses that don't fit me :( I put on one bonnet from another lolita for a moment to try it, but the bonnet was very little and I'm not sure... I want to try it again with a different bonnet and buy it, but the bonnets that I like I can't afford them (and sometimes I think that they will be small for my head ><) and in taobao there are only one or two and I don't like them (they can be cute, but I want something with my personal taste that I can wear with my clothes!). I know that handmade exist... but bonnets are dificult. Anyway I still want one ><

I see! I guess i can understand... trying out something for the first time can be hard, but you won't know until you try to get your own and see for yourself. it's always risky for us because we cannot spend a lot on things. I hope you find a bonnet you like and that suits you very soon. <3
