Hey July, where did you go?

Hi everyone,

So July is almost over and boy was it boring!
I was supposed to have my house refloored too but the construction man bailed and now everything looks like a mess and i have nobody to put the new flooring. This is terrible. I don't know what to do.
I also haven't been doing much these holidays, didn't go anywhere, pretty sure i won't go anywhere either. My husband is still working so i'm actually alone most of the time. Pretty boring.

I did get some items in the mail and that always makes me smile.

I just figured i'd order one more book to save on shipping. I was tempted to get the midori book but i'll get that one some other time. I also didn't know if my friend would be able to get me a copy in the Paris tea party. Apparently it didn't go like the Misako book sale went last year, i hear the people who got it had to be picked by a draft. As for clothes items I have been getting some accessories here and there but I do love what i am getting lately so hopefully you will too:

1. BABY, the stars shine bright white lace wrist cuffs. I really like them and i find them to be very handy. I'm slowly trying to get cuffs in all colors: i have them in black, baby pink, mint and now white too. 2. Moi-même-Moitié black and white headdress. I wanted the round ones but people snatch everything off closet child so fast, i am no match to them so i never am able to get anything. This was expensive as heck too, paying ems for just an accessory is terrible. 3. Offbrand pink corsage. It's rather big and i love it, isn't it pretty? 4. BABY, the stars shine bright black sandals. I wanted them to wear with lolita and that means with socks but i'm not sure i'll be able to. L is a bit snugg, they are fine without socks but should need LL for socks.

So this saturday, the 28th of July the local girls and I had a gathering. Summer is finally here and we were dying for icecream. My mother's uncle owns the most fabulous icecream parlor in my city downtown and honestly those things are tasty as heck and very affordable considering so we love going there.
It was very hot and i cannot find anything in my house right now (due to having put all the furniture in one corner for the flooring instalation that's not going to happen soon) i just wore the first thing i could find and that enabled me to be lazy with the styling.

The building in the back is the Oporto city hall. Isn't it pretty here? So when are you coming for a visit? I'm waiting.

My outfit consists of: Atelier Pierrot dress, Victorian Maiden hat, Tutuanna socks, Innocent World bag and Emily Temple Cute shoes. I'm not sure i said that here before but i'm actually 30 weeks pregnant. I'm having a baby girl on the 10th of October hopefully. Its incredibly how well lolita clothes cover it up, isn't it? I am getting huge though, really big... its so strange. Oh and my friend Vânia is back from Paris and she got me something for my birthday.
