We had a meeting set up for sunday to celebrate the birthday of missBunny. Unfortunately she was apparently very tired and in need of rest for personal reasons and she canceled it. But Vânia, Flávia and myself were totally up for it so we met anyway. We weren't expecting anyone else to come (and got confirmation later on haha) but then again even in our regular meetups there is almost never more than 3, 4 people tops and its still fun.
We scheduled for 3.30 but i was late and told them i'd go there later.
It was soooo hot outside, thankfully we went to a place that not only sells yummy pies and cake but also has air conditioning.
We chatted for a while, flipped throught the last bible and had yummy treats.
After that, since it wasn't as hot anymore, we went for a stroll and took the obligatory shots of the day.

I must say that this day was one of the days when people stared and yelled rude things to us and to me the most. Vânia even commented that it "Must have been the weather" it was so bad! It was so bad that we were actually passing two cosplayers (there was a convention in my town this weekend) and the people were completely ignoring them and just staring at us. haha terrible, didn't feel like laughing yesterday...
Then to finish the day, I felt this awfull pain and had to take pain killers again. -_-;
I still had fun during the afternoon, thanks girls!
I like the idea to coordinate this dress with black accessories, you're always gorgeous!

ResponderEliminarI have a "secret": I have been in love with this dress by meta ever since it came out but in black. Unable to find it, i rushed to get this one when i saw it. So basically i think i tried to make it less flashy with the black as an instict. I never plan outfits ahead so i'm glad this works, i'm being 100% honest. XD
Ni: Thank you. I always wear that underskirt when i want length to make things a bit more "classic". When i wear it with otk or tights or as something more casual i'll probably not need it.

ResponderEliminarThanks chérie, i like it with the black details too. I always try to wear something more simple and with matching pieces but then feel like it lacks visual interest and just add up this and then that... Vania makes fun of me because of that. Booo! hehe

EliminarSadly I am not always this strong. I remember one evening... it was just horrible. I got one bad comment, walked two minutes and there i got the next. The whole evening was like that! A few days later i sold the dress I've worn that evening. Whenever i looked at it i felt as ugly as people called me on the streets.
EliminarTill today I feel bad for that. I shouldn't let some comments have such affects on me. But i guess it was just too much.
